Refund and Returns Policy

Due to their nature, perishable goods like dried fruits and nuts are generally not eligible for return. However, we understand that sometimes things go wrong. If your dried fruit or nut package arrived damaged or the contents were spoiled within 3 days of delivery, we’re happy to send you a replacement.

To qualify for a replacement, please provide evidence of the defect or spoilage, such as photos or a detailed description of the issue. Please note that we cannot process any replacement requests after 3 days of the delivery date.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
